At Diomandz, we ensure that your investment is protected from our vault to your doorstep.

All shipments are 100% insured, require an adult signature upon delivery, and are shipped in discreet packaging to maintain security.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Loose diamonds typically undergo a final quality inspection and take 2-5 business days to process before shipping.
  • Shipping Methods: We use specialized high-value couriers (such as FedEx Priority or Malca-Amit) for all deliveries.
  • International Shipping: We ship globally. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or VAT applicable in their country.

2. 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your diamond within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The diamond is in its original, unworn condition.
  • The original Laboratory Grading Report (GIA, IGI, etc.) is included. (A $250 fee applies if the certificate is missing).
  • The security tag remains attached to the stone or setting.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact returns@diomandz.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. We will provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label and instructions on how to package the item securely.
  3. Once received, our gemologists will inspect the stone to verify its identity against the original certificate.

4. Refund Timeline

Once the inspection is successful (usually within 5 business days), we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
