We do not handle, pack, or ship products directly. All shipping and logistics are managed by the respective sellers or suppliers.

1. Shipping Responsibility

All diamonds listed on diomandz.com are shipped directly by the individual vendors or suppliers. DIOMANDZ.COM does not store or dispatch any inventory. Once your purchase is confirmed, the supplier will process and ship your order.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are included in the listed product prices. There are no hidden or additional shipping fees at checkout. The price you see is the final amount payable, inclusive of logistics and packaging costs, unless specified otherwise.

3. Shipping Timeframe

Suppliers are required to dispatch your order within 15 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Tracking details will be shared with you as soon as the order is shipped.

4. International Shipping

Many of our suppliers offer international shipping. Please check the product description or contact our support for country-specific availability before placing your order.

5. Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the 15-day window or if tracking shows no progress, please contact us immediately at support@diomandz.com. We will coordinate with the supplier to ensure your issue is resolved promptly.

6. Risk of Loss

Once the item is handed over to the courier service by the supplier, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the buyer. However, all suppliers are required to ship via insured and trackable methods to minimize risk.

7. Packaging

All products will be packaged securely by the supplier to prevent any damage during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and report it to us immediately.
