At diomandz.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every diamond purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return option under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You may return an item within 15 days of delivery. The return request must be initiated within this timeframe. Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original certificates, documentation, and packaging must be returned with the product.
  • The diamond must not be altered, tampered with, or damaged.

3. Return Charges

All accepted returns are subject to a 2.5% return processing charge based on the total invoice value. This fee covers inspection, processing, and administrative costs.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the 2.5% return charge. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized diamonds/jewelry
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product in its current condition

Our team will guide you through the steps to complete the return process.

7. Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. DIOMANDZ.COM is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
