  5. Advance Payment Refund: Any payment made in advance by the buyer will be fully refunded if the order is canceled before shipment.

  6. Damaged Items: Damaged products will not be accepted unless the damage is reported immediately upon delivery, with photographic proof provided to customer service.

  7. Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including any certificates or accessories, to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  8. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered by the supplier.
